Elena is a speaker, coach and writer – who reminds people of their true worth as there is treasure inside every human being just waiting to be discovered and used, hence, she loves communication as she has a degree in Languages, and Elena is fluent in Italian, English and French. She is passionate about barriers being erased therefore people with sightless or low vision securing permanent employment. Her creativity brings together both business and spirituality.

Eye to Eye Aware

This project is linked to the book Shining Light on Blindness. Its aim is to coach employers and their teams through the process of hiring someone with low vision. Its goal is to see people with low vision gain and retain longterm employment, so they can fully participate in society.

It is essential for these invisible barriers to come down so people can be valued for what they have to offer.

Each one of us has a soul which longs to discover true meaning for life, value and significance, love and acceptance, peace and hope. Every heart is longing to experience something that is real, profound and eternal. Consumerism has left people feeling empty and void after a short lived high, so let’s look together into growing spiritually, so you can find what your heart is longing for, by taking steady steps forward.
